Students will be introduced to a variety of experiences that explore a range of graphic communication media, processes and techniques. You will work across both traditional and new media. If you like posters, websites, magazines, typography and design in general then this is course for you. You will be taught how to use Adobe software as well as Adobe portfolio when presenting final work.
Alongside the practical expertise students develop, they will also learn transferable skills such as analytical thinking, creative problem solving and working independently. You will be working in one or more area(s) of graphic communication, such as those listed below. You may explore overlapping areas and combinations of areas: Interactive media (including web, app and game design), advertising, packaging design, design for print, illustration, communication graphics, branding, multimedia, motion graphics, design for film and television.
